Returns & Replacement

1.  You can only replace your order within 14 days of delivery.
2.  If you want to replace a product, please keep the product in the original packaging. In addition, the product must be unused, with all tags intact.
3.  In case you are not available at delivery to check the quality of the product(s), you may raise a complaint within 2 hours of delivery.
4.  To pass feedback to the merchants to improve the services, it is mandatory to share the images of the items which you were dissatisfied with. Subject to acceptance from the third-party seller of the product, the Company may take the replacement product back and deliver new product at same time.
5.  You can replace If product got broken, cracked, scratched under the pack. (this condition will apply when customer complain about product under 2 hours after getting product and company will get back the product under 24 hours from customer and send to vendor and after changing same product will again deliver to the customer.

7.  Only one replacement can be done per order.
